Not necessarily. As long as we have safe access to the areas being cleaned, and access to an outside tap, you don't need to be home. We’ll always agree on access and arrangements beforehand.

Rhino Cleaning uses a service called GoCardless to manage payment by Direct Debit mandate. This is an agreement between the customer and us that we can invoice for payment direct from your bank account. We will only ever invoice for work completed in line with the quote you have agreed with us. All payments are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which protects customers from payments taken in error. In the case of any incorrect or fraudulent payments, the payer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank.
